 From our beginning in 1995, AVV has been working to help automotive dealers serve customers and sell cars more effectively. Based in Columbus, Ohio, AVV began by providing inventory polling services and dealer web site development. As customers began to use the Internet more to search for their next vehicle, we saw a new way to help automotive dealers. We moved from inventory polling and web site creation to providing a solution that helped dealers manage customer leads generated from the Internet. AVV’s solution was Web Control.
Launched in 1999, Web Control provided automotive dealers a way to receive and work their ever-increasing number of Internet leads more effectively. Over the years, Web Control has strengthened its ability to handle Internet prospects and has evolved to include the management of phone and showroom prospects as well. Web Control serves over 37,000 users and helps them meet the needs of their customers and dealers on a daily basis.

Ed Braunbeck, General Manager
Ed Braunbeck is General Manager for AVV, which is a leading provider of Internet-based sales and customer management systems. AVV’s hallmark product is its Web Control system.
Ed directs the overall vision and growth of AVV. He oversees product development,
customer support, sales, and marketing. Ed is an expert in automotive
customer relationship management, with particular emphasis on dealership
implementation. He is a well-regarded industry source on the topic of
maintaining strong customer relationships, working with publications such as CRM
Magazine.
Ed received a bachelor of science in marketing from the University of Toledo in
Toledo, Ohio. He also studied electronic engineering at DeVry Institute.
Mark Noel, Director of Sales
Mark Noel serves as Director of National Sales for AVV. Mark is responsible for overseeing all retail sales, including product
package development, and AVV’s marketing strategies. He also manages all relationships with
OEM’s and large dealer groups.
Mark brings over 25 years of automotive experience to AVV. His background includes
sales, marketing, product development, vendor relationship management, and business
owner. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in accounting.
